What is the “cracking” sound I hear when I am adjusted?

The “cracking” sound is air releasing from your joints. Bones aren’t breaking or being damaged — and proper adjustments may occur without any sound at all.

Yes. Adjustments begin at birth and are adapted to the individual. Infants need minimal pressure — about what you’d use to test a ripe tomato.

What techniques and modalities do you use?

Upper Cervical Specific, Toggle, Diversified, Thompson, and Activator. We focus on adjustments only — no electric stimulation, ultrasound, or laser therapies.

Yes — we’re in-network with Blue Cross/Blue Shield, United, ConnectiCare, CIGNA, and the VA. Discounts are available for active military, veterans, seniors (62+), and we offer membership programs as well.
