First Visit

What you can expect.

Plenty of conversation, a thorough exam, and — when prudent — your first adjustment the same day.

How It Works

From first visit to lifelong wellness.

No mystery, no high-pressure pitch — just a clear plan, hands-on care, and a doctor who remembers your name.

  1. Step 01

    Consultation

Our consultation begins with a series of questions to get to know you, your overall health, and any specific complaints or conditions you suffer from. The purpose is to determine if Chiropractic care will be a benefit to you.

  2. Step 02

    Examination

After your consultation we’ll provide a thorough Chiropractic examination — orthopedic, neurologic, and postural tests designed to check your range of motion, flexibility, and pain levels. On-premise X-ray (if necessary) and a computerized nerve function test help determine where and how to adjust you.

  3. Step 03

    Report of Findings

Usually on the second visit, Dr. Nardi presents a detailed report that answers four questions: What are the goals for your care? How often do you need to come in? How long will your care last? What is the cost of care?

  4. Step 04

    Chiropractic Care

Your care begins with your first adjustment. We strive to adjust people on day one when prudent — otherwise the first adjustment happens at your report-of-findings visit. This is the start of your journey from pain relief through spine correction into a lifetime of optimal health.

Your Report of Findings

Four questions, answered in plain English.

The report of findings is usually done on the second visit after all of your information and exam results have been evaluated by the doctor. At this time Dr. Nardi will present you with a detailed report that answers four questions:

  • 1What are the goals for your care?
  • 2How often do you need to come in?
  • 3How long will your care last for?
  • 4What is the cost of care?

At the end of your visit, our office staff will help you evaluate payment options based on your care plan. We offer affordable membership programs and accept most major insurances.
